Delivery & Returns

After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. This email is your receipt. 

The order confirmation email includes:

1-   Your order number (the same number that appears on the order confirmation page)

2-   Details of the products and corresponding prices

3-   Order summary including applicable credits and discounts

4-   Your Shipping and Billing information (in order to avoid delay, make sure that all information required is correctly completed)

Delivery inside Kuwait will take up to 36 hours, excluding Fridays and public/national holidays.

International deliveries are available for GCC:

-       KSA 37.5 SAR

-       UAE 36.0 AED

-       Qatar 36.0 QAR

-       Bahrain 3.75 BHD

-       Oman 3.75 OMR

Returns and Refunds Policy

If the product is defected, we are here to help. Our products can be returned within 3 days of product delivery. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1- The product was delivered in the last 3 days

2- The product is in its original packaging

3- The product isn't used or damaged

4- You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of damaged product are refundable.

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items can be refunded.
