Amavi is an online cosmeceutical specialist that is focused on providing customers with the highest quality products to help treat and manage an array of skin conditions.

After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

This email is your receipt.

The order confirmation email includes:

1. Your order number (the same number that appears on the order confirmation page)

2. Details of the products and corresponding prices

3. Order summary including applicable credits and discounts

4. Your Shipping and Billing information (in order to avoid delay, make sure that all information required is correctly completed)

Kuwait delivery is up to 24 hours, all days of the week. Guaranteed same day delivery if order is placed before 5pm.

If the product is defected, it can be returned within 3 days of product delivery. A new product may be

exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The product was delivered in the last 3 days

2. The product is in its original packaging

3. The product isn't used or damaged

4. You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

International deliveries are available for GCC, all rates exclude clearance, duties, taxes and government charges (if any):

- Bahrain 6.25 BHD

- Oman 6.25 OMR
