Amavi is an online cosmeceutical specialist that is focused on providing customers with the highest quality products to help treat and manage an array of skin conditions.

After you have successfully placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.
This email is your receipt.
The order confirmation email includes:
1.
     Your order number (the same number that appears on the order confirmation page)
2.
     Details of the products and corresponding prices
3.
     Order summary including applicable credits and discounts
4.
     Your Shipping and Billing information (in order to avoid delay, make sure that all information required is correctly completed)

Kuwait delivery is upto 24 hours, excluding Fridays and public/national holidays. If you place your order before 2:00pm on a business day, delivery will be the same day.

Our products can be returned within 3 days product delivery. A new product may be
exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

1. The product was delivered in the last 3 days
2. The product is in its original packaging
3. The product isn't used or damaged
4. You have the receipt or proof of purchase
Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

International deliveries are available for GCC, all rates exclude clearance, duties, taxes and government charges (if any):

- UAE 60.5 AED
- Qatar 60.0 QAR
- Bahrain 6.25 BHD
- Oman 6.375 OMR 

All the payment transaction pages are secured by approved SSL certificates.

We accept KNET, Visa, MasterCard and Cash on Delivery for Kuwait. International shipping will not accept Cash on Delivery.
